From the moment I filed the insurance claim to the adjuster’s inspection, I was advised of expectations of the process, which was handled with top notch professionalism. My main contact, Robert Carrillo, went above and beyond providing the necessary information from the initial meeting and keeping me informed of the production progress. Materials were delivered on time and installation completed within a full day once work commenced, which was earlier than promised. The roofing crew’s work ethic was nothing short of magnificent. They showed up promptly to the job site as scheduled; setup was meticulous.. ensuring shrubs, plants, windows, etc. were protected with tarps to collect falling debris. The entire tear off and installation was completed in one day. A testament to the crew’s skill, safety practices and efficiency. After the work was completed, the perimeter of my home was magnetically swept for nails… other loose materials were also picked up.
