Home Repair Company Inspectors Earn Residential Haag Certification

Home Repair Haag Certified Team

Esteemed Restoration Company Obtains Leading Inspection Accreditation

King of Prussia, Pa. – Property inspectors at Home Repair, LLC earn HAAG Residential Roof Certified Inspector status. The course covers damage assessment of sloped roofs that are commonly found on residential houses and buildings. In order to qualify for the course, students must have completed a minimum of 100 residential (sloped) roof inspections as the primary “on roof” inspector. Inspections are defined as adjusted claims, roof damage estimates, home inspections, and post-“event” roof damage assessments.

Getting Haag Certified was a must for our team and we’re proud to provide the most advanced level of service. We take pride in our work and we’re committed to providing total customer satisfaction, every step of the way. At Home Repair, we are the ‘Crime Scene Investigation (CSI)’ when it comes to the inspection phase. In addition to the roof, siding, and exteriors, we inspect the interior as well, as that can also be an indicator of damage,”

says Tony Silva, CEO of Home Repair.

The Haag Certification provides advanced education of the inspection process. The Residential Roof Inspector Certification Course teaches inspection safety techniques, how hail and wind interact with roofing, roof area calculations and applicable codes. The training also includes comprehensive understanding of manufacture, installation, weathering, hail damage, wind damage, maintenance, mechanical damage and repair costs for all major roof types. Roofing types covered include composition, concrete, wood shingle/shake, clay tile, asbestos, fiber cement, and various synthetic, slate and metal roofing. The course utilizes real-world case studies to enhance the learning process.
